Down by the river’s edge, you’ll find Natchez Under-the-Hill, a row of riverfront restaurants and shops on Silver Street far tamer than the brothels, taverns and gambling halls that stood here 200 years ago. As a Good Sam Club affiliate, you can expect this campground to be one of the best RV parks in Mississippi, and their amenities definitely don’t disappoint! The shady sites are full hookup and offer pull-throughs, cable television, and wireless internet. Clean showers, laundry facilities, and on-site security are all available to campers.

Note: for your convenience the National Park Service displays a milepost on the east side of the parkway. Mileposts start at 0 on the southern end of the Trace near Natchez and end at 442 at the northern terminus (The Natchez Trace Parkway is 442 miles long.). Throughout this website, mileposts are used to help you locate attractions along the trace and exits on/off the Trace to help you find towns, attractions and bed and breakfasts located just off the Trace.

Several visitor/welcome centers located along or near the parkway have our Top 30 Favorite Sites and Nearby Lodging Maps. Stop in, pick up our Top 30 Map and the park service map of the parkway. The visitor centers also have a wealth of information about their area.

9 miles east of the parkway via TN Hwy 96 at milepost 438 to downtown Franklin.

On the parkway at milepost 437.2 just south of the TN Hwy 96 intersection and the Double Arch Bridge.

Exit the parkway at milepost 355. Turn right and travel west about 200 yards to the welcome center in Collinwood.

Exit the Trace at milepost 88.5 onto Pinehaven Drive and go north a couple hundred yards and the Clinton Visitor Center will be on your right.

Located on Church Street in Port Gibson. Exit the Trace at milepost 37 or 41.

Exit the Trace at milepost 0 (southern terminus) onto Liberty Road. Follow the signs to Downtown Natchez. Turn left on Canal Street.
